Temperament profile for children ages 6 months to 12 years

Each child is unique.

Some are active, others are quiet.

Some like change, others are shy.

Your child may behave in ways that concern you

If your child’s behavior is hard to manage, here is what you can do:

• Obtain a temperament questionnaire from your child’s pediatric clinician
• fill out the questionnaire and mail it in
• You will get a call from the Pediatric Department
• Temperament counselor will talk to you about our child’s temperament profile and offer you suggestions on handling your concerns
