Managing Your Depression Online
Depression is common, real, and treatable. In this series, you will learn about depression as well as ways to manage your symptoms. We will help you learn to challenge negative thoughts and add more pleasant activities to your life. You will also learn techniques to relax and approach your life with mindfulness.
Sessions: Six 2-hour sessions; No cost for members, members only.
Self-Care Apps
Use the Calm and myStrength Apps to manage stress, reduce anxiety, sleep better, and improve awareness with guided meditations, coping tools, and interactive activities. Available at no cost for members.

If you have anxiety or depression that is more severe email your doctor or call your local mental health department. We offer many options for members with mental health, emotional, and addiction issues. We’ll help you find care that works for you. Call us and we’ll assess your needs and discuss treatment options. You don’t need a referral from your doctor to access mental health services.
