Healthy Weight Online

Learn how to achieve a healthier weight. Join this six-session interactive webinar from the comfort of your home. You will need a phone and a computer/tablet with internet access to participate.

Sessions: Six 2-hour sessions; No cost for members, members only.

Medical Weight Management Orientation Online

If you have at least 40 pounds to lose, this program can help you make positive, lasting changes to improve your health, increase your energy, and help you live life to the fullest. The long-term Medical Weight Management Program features low-calorie meal replacements, monitoring by a team of Kaiser Permanente medical professionals, and weekly health classes/support sessions. Ages 18+. Open to the community.

Sessions: No cost, 1-hour orientation session; Program fees are explained at the orientation.

Wellness Coach

Would you like to achieve a healthy weight, quit tobacco, lower your stress, move more, improve sleep, or eat healthier? Schedule a telephone appointment with a wellness coach to build your motivation and take action. Together, you’ll create a customized plan for change. Available in Español.

Find customized interactive weight management programs, podcast, videos, whole foods plant based-eating, healthy recipes, BMI calculator, healthy recipes from Dr. Maring and other resources to support your weight management.

Self-Care Apps

Use the ClassPassApp to help you stay active and fit with on-demand video workouts at no cost for members and reduced rates for livestream classes.

Use the Calm and myStrength Apps to manage stress, reduce anxiety, sleep better, and improve awareness with guided meditations, coping tools, and interactive activities. Available at no cost for members.
