Sleep is an extremely important part of human health. Negative effects of sleep delays or interruptions include sluggishness, low attention span, decreased sociability, depressed mood, decreased deep sleep, decreased caloric burn during the day, increased hunger and decreased feeling of fullness, insulin resistance and decreased performance.

Improving Your Sleep Online 

Good sleep is essential to our overall health. In this series, you will learn how sleeping behaviors and thinking patterns affect your sleep and how to change both for a good night’s rest. This class does not address medical conditions that interfere with sleep or the use of sleep medications. 

Sessions: Four 2-hour sessions; No cost for members, members only.

 Self-Care Apps 

Use the Calm and myStrength Apps to manage stress, reduce anxiety, sleep better, and improve awareness with guided meditations, coping tools, and interactive activities. Available at no cost for members.
