Picky Eating Online

In this class, parents will learn how to handle eating challenges with children 2 years +. Suggestions are provided on healthy meals and snacks.

Sessions: One 1-hour online session. No cost for members, members only.

Baby and Me Support Group (Birth – 7 months) Online

Meet other parents to exchange information in a supportive environment and discuss topics such as breastfeeding, feeding your baby, infant health and safety, responding to your baby’s cues, maintaining a healthy relationship with your partner, sleep, returning to work, and more.

Drop-in sessions available online via Zoom. Please contact Health Education for more information

Sessions: 1.5-hr Weekly. Online every Tuesday (except on holidays) 10:30 am–12:00 pm

Emotional Well-Being in Pregnancy and Postpartum Support Group Online

Pregnancy and postpartum can bring big changes and new challenges which can lead to anxiety and depression. Join our group of new and soon to be moms to learn from each other how to stay emotionally healthy as we transition into this new and important role. This group is open to women in their last trimester or with babies in their first year of life. The group is led by a clinical social worker and offers support, education, and coping skills to manage stress. Infants are welcome.

Clinical Health Educator Appointments

Meet one-on-one with a Clinical Health Educator to address common questions related to parenting your child from infancy through teens. Our educators cover topics such as sleep concerns, feeding, temperament, toilet training for children 4 months to 5 years old. Health Educators can also partner with families with children ages 6-17 and teens to discuss eating habits, physical activity, and healthy living strategies to support health.

Sessions: Telephone, Video Visits and In-person. No cost to members, members only.
