At Kaiser Permanente, we’re climbing to new heights to offer more choice and convenient care for you. Two new Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices are scheduled to open in early 2016 in Summit and Eagle County mountain communities.

Edwards Medical Offices – 56 Edwards Village Blvd., Suite 208 – Edwards, CO 81632

 

Services offered at each location include primary care, lab, routine medical imaging, and health education. Additionally, Kaiser Permanente mail order pharmacy services and local in-network pharmacies will be available.
