Managing Stress: Stress is a fact of life — but too much stress can take a toll on both mind and body. The good news is you can get ahead of stress by practicing ways to find calm in the moment, and preparing for stressful situations in the future.
Meditation Anyone can meditate — and with a little time and practice, anyone can enjoy its mind-body benefits. Even a few minutes a day of mindful meditation can make a big difference. Find a place, a time, and a practice that works for you.
