2022 Los Angeles Homeless Count on February 24th
Date: February 24, 2022
Time: 8pm to 12am
Kaiser Permanente WLA and the Alliance of Jamaican and American Humanitarians (AOJAH) will be hosting this year’s Homeless Count. During the event, volunteers canvas the surrounding communities to capture the number of individuals experiencing homelessness in the West LA area. By accurately identifying the number of individuals who are experiencing homelessness, we can advocate more effectively for these individuals and make better use of funding and resources to improve their quality of life.
Volunteers who wish to participate must sign up at https://www.theycountwillyou.org/. Search for “Mid City Count,” and register under the Kaiser Permanente West LA facility.
Volunteers must attend a mandatory virtual training and download an application prior to the event date.
