Kaiser Permanente Moreno Valley Medical Center Nationally Recognized with an ‘A’ Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade For the Fourth Time in Two Years

Riverside and Moreno Valley Medical Centers receive “A” grade for excellence in patient safety

The Leapfrog Group released its Spring 2021 Leapfrog Hospital Safety Grade report rating 2,700 U.S. hospitals. In all, 12 Kaiser Permanente hospitals received Leapfrog’s “A” rating in Southern California: Anaheim, Downey, Fontana, Irvine, Moreno Valley, Ontario, Panorama City, Riverside, San Diego, San Diego Zion, South Bay and West Los Angeles.
