Kaiser Permanente Baldwin Park is a proud supporter of community organizations throughout the San Gabriel Valley. One of the ways we support organizations and build healthier communities is through event sponsorship. Proposals must be submitted a minimum of 45 days in advance.
Submitting an application does not imply that funding will be awarded. Incomplete applications will not be processed. All applications are reviewed by a committee and final announcements will come from staff via email.
Kaiser Permanente also participates in community activities including health fairs, career days, speaker presentations, etc. Requests must be submitted a minimum of 45 days in advance. Incomplete requests will not be accepted.
