Rehabilitation Service

We provide short-term physical and occupational therapy to patients with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, neurological and post-operative conditions. Our staff of licensed and experienced physical therapists emphasizes self-management techniques designed to alleviate or correct problems and prevent recurrences.

Our physicians are fully board-certified in their fields and have the training and experience to care for a wide range of problems. They work collaboratively with primary care providers, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other medical center experts. All members of our staff are dedicated to providing members with quality care tailored to their specific needs.

We work collaboratively with your personal physician or nurse practitioner to develop a program tailored to the specific needs of your case. Services may include manual therapy, postural retraining, and home-based exercise programs.

We offer physical therapy facilities equipped for individual and group sessions, including knee and spine group classes.

Referrals are accepted from the patient’s primary care physician/nurse practitioner.
