Physical Medicine

Welcome to Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. We provide outpatient consultation and rehabilitation to members with a variety of musculoskeletal conditions including spinal cord injuries, sports injuries, and physical disabilities associated with stroke.

Our physicians are fully board certified in their fields and have the training and experience to care for a wide range of problems. They work collaboratively with primary care providers, orthopedic surgeons, physical therapists, and other medical center experts. All members of our staff are dedicated to providing you with quality care tailored to your specific needs.
