Servings Food Log

Keeping track of what you eat and drink, even if only for a few days a week, can help you recognize eating habits that you’re not aware of. Use this servings food log to track as you go through your day. Check off a box each time you have a food group serving. Review your log at the end of the day. If you notice that you had too many or too few servings of anything, work to have less or more of that food over time until you reach the recommended number of servings.
