Ready To Change?

Are you ready for change? Changes to your lifestyle to achieve better health? For example… would you like to be more active, eat healthier, or sleep better in order to feel better?

Making the leap from thinking about change to taking action can be hard and may take time.
Considering change using a scale from 0-10 can be helpful. For example, from 0-10, how important is it for you to make a change (0-not important at all, 10-very important)? And, on a scale of 0-10, how confident are you that you can make this change (0-not confident, 10-very confident)?

If you answered 6 or less, you may not be quite ready. There are resources here that could help you learn more about the benefits of making a change, or how to get started to make a change. You may be thinking about the pros and cons of change, and feel more motivated and confident as you learn more.

If you answered 7 or higher, you may be ready for action. There are links on this page to help you make, continue and maintain change.

Regardless of your readiness or confidence to make a change, we are here to support you! In person, telephone and video appointments or groups in addition to online programs, information and apps are available with Kaiser Permanente.
