If you need to call the Chemotherapy/Infusion Clinic for problems related to your chemotherapy, you may call 650-299-4840 (#3). If you leave a message, to save time please have this information ready before you call:

  • Your Name
  • Your Kaiser Medical Record Number
  • The number where you may be reached
  • The name of your oncologist
  • Your reason for calling

The phone is answered from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on weekends or holidays. After hours you may call the Call Center at 650-299-2015.
