As part of our commitment to protect our patients and staff, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following in our facilities:
In counties under public order, anyone entering our facilities must wear a mask. Masks are recommended for all persons entering our facilities in all other counties. If you arrive without a mask, we’ll provide one.
Anyone entering our facilities will encounter temperature checkpoints. If you are found to have an elevated temperature you will be asked additional questions with regards to your visit and either escorted to your appointment or asked to contact your care provider.
Kaiser Permanente visitation policies are based on the state’s colored-tier system for COVID-19 activity for each county and are subject to change if a county tier status shifts.
High-quality care is now closer to home with the addition of a Mobile Health Vehicle to serve our members in and around Rio Vista starting April 13, 2021. Kaiser Permanente members can schedule an appointment by calling 707-427-4510.
The fully equipped, 40’ vehicle features two exams rooms and will be located at the Veterans Memorial Building on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Staffed by a physician and a licensed vocational nurse, Kaiser Permanente members will be able to receive routine family primary care, vaccinations (not COVID-19 vaccinations) and flu shots, as well as routine health screenings. You’ll also be able to have lab samples drawn closer to home, so you have more time to thrive.
Have COVID-19 symptoms? Call us at 866-454-8855 for advice. If you need in-person care, we can assist you.
Before you head to our facilities in the Napa-Solano area, be sure to check for the latest temporary changes in services, hours, and closures. Our emergency services remain open 24/7.
COVID-19 vaccine supply is limited, and vaccination eligibility happens in phases. Each state determines the allotment of vaccine to each county, health system, or pharmacy, and the sequencing and timing of those eligible. If you’re in an eligible group or want to learn more about the vaccine, visit kp.org/covidvaccine.
For more than 75 years, Kaiser has been committed to improving the health of our members, patients, and the communities we serve. Our work in the community is informed by an extensive community health needs assessment that identifies the most pressing physical, mental, and social health needs in our communities. We focus our grantmaking on areas where we can have the greatest impact, supporting local nonprofit, public health, and human service organizations that address the critical health needs of our most vulnerable residents.
In 2020, we provided a total of $1,263,000 in grant funding to local organizations to support our community health funding priorities in the Napa-Solano service area.
