As part of our commitment to protect our patients and staff, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented the following in our facilities:
Anyone entering our facilities must wear a mask over their nose and mouth, regardless of vaccination status.
Anyone entering our hospital and surgical settings in our facilities will encounter temperature checkpoints. If you are found to have an elevated temperature you will be provided further instruction.
Potential visitors should stay home if they feel sick. Those entering our medical office buildings or other clinic locations will be prompted to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms and provided direction if they have symptoms.
Kaiser Permanente visitation policies are based on current guidance from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) and are subject to change based on community rates of SARS-CoV-2 and any future CDPH updates.
High-quality care is now closer to home with the addition of a Mobile Health Vehicle to serve our members in and around Rio Vista starting April 13, 2021. Kaiser Permanente members can schedule an appointment by calling 707-427-4510.
The fully equipped, 40’ vehicle features two exams rooms and will be located at the Veterans Memorial Building on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Staffed by a physician and a licensed vocational nurse, Kaiser Permanente members will be able to receive routine family primary care, vaccinations (not COVID-19 vaccinations) and flu shots, as well as routine health screenings.
Have COVID-19 symptoms? Call us at 866-454-8855 for advice. If you need in-person care, we can assist you.
Before you head to our facilities in the Napa-Solano area, be sure to check for the latest temporary changes in services, hours, and closures. Our emergency services remain open 24/7.
COVID-19 vaccine supply is limited, and vaccination eligibility happens in phases. Each state determines the allotment of vaccine to each county, health system, or pharmacy, and the sequencing and timing of those eligible. If you’re in an eligible group or want to learn more about the vaccine, visit kp.org/covidvaccine.
