What is behavioral health education?
Behavioral Health Education (BHE) offers educational programs addressing psychosocial issues delivered in a classroom setting. Examples of BHE class topics include Managing Your Stress, Improving Your Sleep, Understanding Your Anxiety, Managing Depression, and more. All classes are designed to teach skills and behaviors for managing symptoms of physical and emotional distress.
