ABOUT US
The Department of Pathology receives and processes specimens resulting from surgical and other procedures performed by providers in both the inpatient and outpatient settings. We process and analyze these specimens, summarizing our findings in consultative reports. Our pathologists also perform certain types of biopsies. They also act as consultants for the operations of the clinical laboratory, including the blood bank.
