Watermelon Summer Popsicles

Serves: 6


INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups seedless watermelon
  • Fruit (recommend to choose 2-3): 1.5 cups total
  • Kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, raspberries, mango)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Purée watermelon chunks in a blender or food processor.
  2. Arrange whole fruit of your choice loosely in popsicle molds or small paper cups.
  3. Pour watermelon purée into molds or cups.
  4. Place sticks in the popsicle molds or cups and freeze 3-4 hours or until hardened.
