Watermelon Summer Popsicles
Serves: 6
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups seedless watermelon
- Fruit (recommend to choose 2-3): 1.5 cups total
- Kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, peaches, raspberries, mango)
DIRECTIONS
- Purée watermelon chunks in a blender or food processor.
- Arrange whole fruit of your choice loosely in popsicle molds or small paper cups.
- Pour watermelon purée into molds or cups.
- Place sticks in the popsicle molds or cups and freeze 3-4 hours or until hardened.
