Rainbow Wraps Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • Whole Wheat tortilla or wrap
  • 1 Tablespoon hummus
  • One from each of the colors of fruit or veggies below:
    – Red (tomatoes, beets, red bell pepper)
    – Orange (carrots, orange bell pepper)
    – Yellow (yellow squash, yellow bell pepper)
    – Green (broccoli, avocado, zucchini, lettuce, kale)
    – Blue/Purple (blueberries, eggplant)
  • 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread hummus on tortilla.
  2. Add each of the veggies from each color to the wrap.
  3. Sprinkle sunflower seeds on top.
  4. Roll up making sure all veggies stay in!
  5. Enjoy!
