One from each of the colors of fruit or veggies below:
– Red (tomatoes, beets, red bell pepper)
– Orange (carrots, orange bell pepper)
– Yellow (yellow squash, yellow bell pepper)
– Green (broccoli, avocado, zucchini, lettuce, kale)
– Blue/Purple (blueberries, eggplant)
1 teaspoon sunflower seeds

Spread hummus on tortilla.
Add each of the veggies from each color to the wrap.
