Portobello Mushrooms and Caramelized Onion Burger

INGREDIENTS
- 4 Portobello mushrooms cut into
- 1” thick slices
- ¼ up olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- Mixed greens
- 4 burger buns
- Salt and Pepper
- 3 yellow onions, sliced ½ inch thick
DIRECTIONS
- Put sliced onions in heavy bottom pan sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook at medium heat until dark golden brown.
- Combine oil, vinegar, seasonings and toss Portobello slices till thoroughly coated
- Spread out on parchment paper and roast in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes
