Portobello Mushrooms and Caramelized Onion Burger

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Portobello mushrooms cut into
  • 1” thick slices
  • ¼ up olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • Mixed greens
  • 4 burger buns
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 3 yellow onions, sliced ½ inch thick

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put sliced onions in heavy bottom pan sprinkle with salt and pepper, cook at medium heat until dark golden brown.
  2. Combine oil, vinegar, seasonings and toss Portobello slices till thoroughly coated
  3. Spread out on parchment paper and roast in 425 degree oven for 10 minutes
