Mint-Cilantro Chutney

Serves: 4


INGREDIENTS

  • 1 bunch mint
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp roasted or regular cuminpowder
  • 1 tsp chat masala, optional
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded andchopped
  • 1 green Bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Lime or lemon
  • 1 tsp olive oil

DIRECTIONS

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and pulse/grind until mixture reaches desired consistency.
  2. Add lime juice and blend
  3. Add Olive oil and blend
