INGREDIENTS

  • 50 gm cumin
  • 50 gm coriander seeds
  • 20 gm pepper corn
  • 10 gm green cardamom
  • 10 gm black cardamom
  • 10 gm cinnamon
  • 10 gm cloves
  • 10 gm ginger powder
  • 2-3 mace pieces
  • 5 bay leaves
  • 1 whole nutmeg

DIRECTIONS

  1. Roast all ingredients on low heat x 5 mins. It should not burn.
  2. Cool it down and grind it into a fine powder.
  3. Add ginger powder.
  4. Store it in an air-tight container.
