Garam Masala
INGREDIENTS
- 50 gm cumin
- 50 gm coriander seeds
- 20 gm pepper corn
- 10 gm green cardamom
- 10 gm black cardamom
- 10 gm cinnamon
- 10 gm cloves
- 10 gm ginger powder
- 2-3 mace pieces
- 5 bay leaves
- 1 whole nutmeg
DIRECTIONS
- Roast all ingredients on low heat x 5 mins. It should not burn.
- Cool it down and grind it into a fine powder.
- Add ginger powder.
- Store it in an air-tight container.
