Apple Cinnamon Bulgar Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup fine bulgur
- 1/3 cup almond milk (or any kind of unsweetened milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 chopped apple
- Honey drizzle
- 2 Tablespoons toasted almond slices (or nut of your choice)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix together bulgur, milk, vanilla,almond butter, cinnamon, and chopped apple in a small glass container and refrigerate overnight.
- In the morning, heat in microwave if you like it warm (1-1½ min). Top with almonds and drizzle with honey.
