Apple Cinnamon Bulgar Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/4 cup fine bulgur
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or any kind of unsweetened milk)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 chopped apple
  • Honey drizzle
  • 2 Tablespoons toasted almond slices (or nut of your choice)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix together bulgur, milk, vanilla,almond butter, cinnamon, and chopped apple in a small glass container and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, heat in microwave if you like it warm (1-1½ min). Top with almonds and drizzle with honey.
  3. Enjoy!
