Children under 19 years of age who qualify for Medicaid may select a Kaiser Permanente pediatrician in the Georgia region for their primary care.

Children under 19 years of age who are eligible for Medicaid and enrolled with a Care Management Organization may choose to receive care from a participating Kaiser Permanente doctor in the Georgia region.

If you are eligible, you can enroll in Medicaid and then select a
Medicaid Care Management Organization through Georgia Families.
Once you are enrolled with a Care Management Organization through
Georgia Families, you may choose to receive care from a participating
Kaiser Permanente doctor in your region.
