COVID-19 Services and Care Updates
Temporary facility changes
The health and safety of our members is always our top priority. To help limit exposure of our patients and staff during the COVID-19 outbreak, Kaiser Permanente is temporarily limiting some services or hours in our medical offices. Details for each impacted location are found below.
We are still here to care for you. To get information about other Kaiser Permanente locations, online care (e-visit), or to schedule a phone or video visit, or use our mobile app, visit kp.org, or call 866-454-8855 (TTY 711).
For mail-order pharmacy, use the Kaiser Permanente mobile app, visit kp.org or call 888-218-6245.

Crisis Care Guidelines
The California Department of Public Health requires that California hospitals post the guidelines they would follow, due to overwhelming demands on health care resources, in the event they must initiate crisis care standards and allocate scarce resources among patients. Here is a description of the process our hospitals would follow, which adheres to the state’s California Crisis Care Continuum Guidelines. We have included links to those guidelines for patients who want a more detailed explanation of the process or more detailed crisis care and surge planning information. Posting these guidelines does not mean our hospitals are experiencing crisis status.
