Scheduled phone, video, and e-visits are convenient alternatives that offer high-quality care, comparable to an in-person visit. Urgent and primary care appointments are available to fit your schedule, and phone appointments may be available within one hour. And if you need any medication, you can pick it up at a pharmacy or have it delivered by mail.

Troubleshooting your video visit

Phone appointments, video visits, and e-visits are available for members who receive care at Kaiser Permanente medical offices. If you have an HSA-qualified deductible plan, you will need to pay the full charge for scheduled phone and video visits until you reach your deductible. Once you reach your deductible, you won’t pay anything for scheduled phone and video visits.
