“In our pursuit of bringing high-quality, convenient, and more affordable care to the mountains, we’ve recently launched ‘Chat With A Doctor’—an online platform that allows our members to securely interact with a physician in real time, for questions or advice,” said Brent Bowman, Kaiser Permanente Colorado vice president of strategy and patient experience. “We’re thrilled this new service has been received so well by the community.
