Managing Depression Series

Depression is common, real, and treatable.  At the conclusion of this class you will understand the interrelationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, commonly referred to as the ‘cycle of depression’. Learn about skills for managing moods, including exercise, sleep, regular relaxation practice, cognitive skills, and activity planning.  You will also develop a plan for preventing relapse into depression in the future.
