Whether you’re a new member or have been with us for a while, you may have some questions about getting the services you need. To show you how easy it can be, these new videos walk you through getting care at our facilities.

If you’re a new member, you can get started by visiting kp.org/newmember. This Web page will answer any questions you may have. You’ll also find an online questionnaire to fill out before your first visit.
