Check out all the new convenient care options available to you and your loved ones:
- By Phone – save a trip to the doctor’s office and schedule a phone appointment. If you’re not sure what kind of care of you need, you can call our advice nurses, 24/7.
- By Email – connect with your doctor’s office anytime with a nonurgent question.*
- By Video – save time with a video visit. For certain conditions or symptoms, you may be able to see your doctor using your computer or mobile device.**
- Online – stay on top of your care 24/7. Use the My Health Manager features to refill prescriptions, schedule routine appointments, view most lab test results, and much more.* Additionally, you can complete a nonurgent medical consult through an E-visit for common conditions that may not require an in-person visit.*
*This feature is available when you get care at Kaiser Permanente facilities or with Kaiser Permanente doctors.
**Your Kaiser Permanente provider will work with you to determine if the care you need can be met in a video visit.
