The Kaiser Permanente Endurance Lab at Golden 1 Center in Sacramento offers advanced physiological and biomechanical assessments that can be used to help improve your fitness and athletic performance. A variety of services are available to both members and non-members that can be tailored based on your personal goals.

We provide convenient access to sports medicine care in many of our Northern California facilities.
Our services are anchored by the Sports Medicine Center in Golden 1 Center, home of the Sacramento Kings, and the newly opened Sports Medicine Center in our Mission Bay Medical Offices in San Francisco.
Golden 1 Center
Our flagship facility at Golden 1 Center includes a 7,000-square-foot gym, on-site imaging, nine physical therapy rooms, sport-specific rehabilitation with simulated environments, and our Endurance Lab.
Mission Bay
Our newest Sports Medicine Center in the Mission Bay Medical Offices in San Francisco feature a 7,000-square-foot gym, nine physical therapy rooms, eight exam rooms, rehabilitation environments for a range of sports, on site-imaging, and four concussion-testing stations.
