Fitness for All Levels

Kaiser Permanente West Los Angeles Medical Center’s Healthy Workforce Committee is offering a FREE fitness class to promote exercise and healthy living. The class is a mix of cardio and strength training, suitable for all participants. Please bring your own exercise mat and water.

When:        Tuesdays – 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Where:      West LA Medical Center, Basement Classrooms A & B.
