All members of the community are welcome to join us as we explore delicious and easy ways to eat more fruits, vegetables and plant- based foods on a daily basis. This free class is part of our Community Health outreach where we offer opportunity for members and community residents to learn how to eat more nutritious foods and live a healthier lifestyle.
