Medical Center Fact Sheets & Brochures
Visitors are welcome and encouraged at Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center. Family and friends play a key role in helping our loved ones recover during and after their stay in the hospital.
Visitors include any person of the patient's choosing (if the patient has decision-making capacity) regardless of sex, economic status, educational background, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, sexual orientation, sexual identity, gender identity or marital status.
FLU SEASON VISITING POLICY
To protect you, our patients, and others from the flu which is currently at high levels throughout Southern California, and out of an abundance of caution, we are implementing temporary visitor restrictions:
Individuals experiencing flu symptoms, and children 14 and under, including family members, are not permitted to visit at this time.
This measure is to prevent necessary spread of influenza and protect you, our patients, and our staff.
Not feeling well? Please do not visit patients in the hospital if you have:
- A fever higher than 100 degrees
- A cough or sore throat
- Any other flu-like symptoms
Help us keep our patients and visitors safe. Kindly visit when you feel better.
We apologize for this inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding as we work to ensure a safe environment for all who work or visit our campus.
