This training session is appropriate for exercise beginners and those concerned with balance. Class includes a 10-15 minute warm-up, light resistance training (exercise bands, free weights and/or body weight), standing and moving balance drills, stretching and 18 movements of tai chi (Qi Gong). Movements can be modified to a chair.
