Kaiser Permanente’s pharmacies make it easy and convenient for you to fill your prescriptions. You can fill prescriptions:

• By mail
• By phone
• Online
• In person

By mail

If you are registered on kp.org you can refill your prescriptions by mail, and shipping is free. You can also order prescription refills using our preprinted mail-order forms, which are available at our pharmacies.

For even more convenience, order by phone or online and select the mail-order option. You don’t pay any extra cost for standard U.S. postage. We can mail most prescription to you anywhere in the United States in 7 to 10 business days.

By phone

Call the pharmacy refill phone number highlighted on your prescription label. Have your medical record number, prescription number, home telephone number, and credit or debit card information handy.

Online

Visit kp.org/rxrefill to order your prescription refills online. To access the secure features on our website, all you need to do is register online at kp.org/registernow.

In person

Many Kaiser Permanente facilities have pharmacies in the building, so you can go there straight after your appointment. Be sure to check in so the pharmacy knows you are there, and can begin filling your prescription.
