This multi-session weight management program is based on three ideas: Healthy Eating, Daily Habits and Physical Activity. It offers a well-rounded approach to managing your entire health, not just your waistline. Healthy eating is thinking about the food we put in our bodies. Daily habits is about breaking old habits and building new ones. Physical activity is about how to exercise, not about what exercises to do. With the help of experts, you can achieve your goals and maintain a balanced weight. Start when you are ready and stay as many weeks as you want. Fee required.
