FREE Cooking Classes to Help You Eat Well and Thrive

Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center and The Wellness Center at the Historic General Hospital have teamed up to offer 6 cooking class. “Now We’re Cooking!” is a FREE cooking demonstration class taught by professional chefs that teaches the art of cooking healthy food without sacrificing taste. These 1-hour classes are taught in The Wellness Center’s beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen. These classes are open to the public and taught in Spanish and English. During the summer, classes are family friendly so you can bring the kids along!
