Education & Experience

I graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Genetic Counseling program in 2008 with a Master of Science degree in genetic counseling. I began my career in Southern California as a prenatal genetic counselor with Genzyme Genetics, a biotechnology company.

In 2012, I joined Kaiser Permanente to work with prenatal, cancer, adult and pediatric genetics patients. In 2014 and 2015, I worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland as a pediatric genetic counselor. I was also the primary genetic counselor at the Comprehensive Neurofibromatosis Center and The Retinal Dystrophy specialty clinic at Johns Hopkins Hospital. In 2015, I moved back to Southern California and re-joined Kaiser Permanente.

About My Practice

I currently see pediatric and adult patients in our genetics clinic at the Fontana Medical Center. We evaluate and follow patients with rare genetic conditions, while providing families with support and resources. I also specialize in counseling high-risk prenatal and cancer patients.
