Join us for a Hypertension Health Fair on Saturday, February 20. Blood pressure checks, flu shots, and info sessions will be available. Experts will be on-site to talk about:
– Preventing strokes
– How to quit smoking & tobacco
– Preparing advance directives
– Eating healthier and managing weight loss
– Registering on KP.org, so you can make appointments and view parts of your health record online

All services are free for adult members at this event.
