Center for Healthy Living Now Offering Virtual Workshops
While everyone tries to find the new “normal” in these challenging times, the Center for Healthy Living is here to help our members thrive just as we’ve always been—but now online! Our new virtual interactive group workshops provide members with the tools and support from trained professionals and other participants to get their health on track wherever they are.
Whether a member needs support to cope with stress, quit tobacco, lose weight, manage diabetes or heart health, take action with life care planning, or prepare for breastfeeding, we are just a few clicks away.
To join a virtual workshop, members will need:

- Computer, smartphone, or tablet with a secure and reliable internet connection
- One of these browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari (Internet Explorer is not supported)
- A prescheduled appointment
