Patient Advisory Council

The AV Patient Advisory Council (PAC) works to improve the care experience and promote a positive relationship between Kaiser Permanente and its members by providing recommendations to the AV PAC Steering Committee.

AV Patient Advisory Council is currently made up of Kaiser Permanente patients and employees who volunteer their time to share their experiences and perspective on the care and service delivered by Kaiser Permanente. Their feedback is very important to help Kaiser Permanente enhance the quality and service delivery for members, patients and visitors.

We are committed to providing the most compassionate care possible by taking action on improving areas of perceived care deficiencies.
