Children’s Health Classes
(1-session) – This new Health Education class is designed to offer support and strategies for parents with children with autism. The group will also focus on specific Shelter in Place needs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

(2-sessions) – Do you think your child has ADHD, or is already diagnosed? Is your child oppositional or aggressive? Does your child tantrum and yell at you or teachers? Do you find yourself frustrated and feeling like you don’t know what else to do? Then this 2-session group is for you! Learn effective parenting strategies and skills to help change the behavior of your child. This Webex class is for parents with children ages 3-12 years old and is based on Parent Management and Cognitive Behavioral techniques.

(1-session) – Are you thinking of starting solids with your little one? Is your baby already eating and you have some questions? This WebEx class will review types of foods and amounts to offer babies, in addition to other helpful feeding information. The class is for parents with babies age 4 – 11 months.

(1-session) – Feeding toddlers is fun, messy, and sometimes frustrating. Come join this WebEx class to receive information on the how-to’s of feeding little hungry, or not-so-hungry, eaters. The class is for parents with children age 1 – 3 years old.

(1-session) – A topic-based class focused on parenting struggles or questions, generated by parents. This in-depth discussion via WebEx will provide parents with tools and tangible ideas and interventions to use at home, especially specific to the Shelter in Place dynamic.
