Behavioral Health Classes

All classes are for adults 18+ and online only.
(6-sessions) – Learn to identify what triggers your anxiety and how to reduce your response to these triggers, how to manage your symptoms, techniques to relax, and how to approach your anxiety with mindfulness. We’ll also help you explore your thoughts and compare your fears with reality.

(4-Sessions) Learn ways to bring up difficult topics, reduce defensiveness, and understand each other’s perspectives. This series is specifically designed for couples in committed relationships.

(6-sessions) – Learn about depression and ways to manage your symptoms, learn techniques to relax, reduce your response to triggers, and approach life with mindfulness. We’ll also help you explore your thoughts and challenge those that contribute to your symptoms.

(1-session) – Learn how to identify your sources of stress and simple techniques to help you relax, as well as how to deal with anxiety and the symptoms of depression. We’ll also provide an overview of available resources.

(4-sessions) – This class is currently NOT available in-person or online with South San Francisco/Daly City. However, we recommend contacting other Kaiser Permanente facilities as they may offer this class. We recommend scheduling a personalized and confidential one-on-one telephone appointment(s) with a Wellness Coach who can help you reach your health goals. Wellness Coaches work with you on how to improve your sleep, manage your stress and weight, assess your readiness to quit smoking, and how to maintain work-life balance.
