Member Services

Member Services office at this location is temporarily closed until further notice.

The Member Services department is located at the Willow Building. Member Services functions as a liaison between the member and the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center. Its primary purpose is to assist and educate members about Health Plan benefits and services provided by Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program.
