Kaiser Permanente South San Francisco Hospital earned the top “A” ratings from The Leapfrog Group in its annual 2014 safety report. The report examined and graded more than 2,500 hospitals throughout the United States on limiting patient injuries, reducing medical and medication errors, and preventing infections.
