Spanish Diabetes Basics
In this class we give you an overview of the five key areas of type 2 diabetes management: healthy eating, exercise, monitoring your blood sugar levels, proper use of medication, and managing your stress.

Spanish Healthy Eating with Diabetes
Get tips on meal planning, counting carbohydrates, and reading food labels.  Learn ways to prepare a healthy plate using your favorite foods.

Spanish Prediabetes Class
Learn how to prevent or delay type 2 diabetes. This is an online class.

  • Further clarification around pediatric patients with prediabetes:
    • Younger than age 16: Parent(s) ONLY attend
    • Ages 16-17: Parent(s) AND teen(s) attend

Pediatric Resources: Individual appointments with a Clinical Health Educator

Pediatric Weight management appointments by phone or video for families with children 5 -17 years of age. Will provide families with resources and tools for healthy eating and active living.

Older teens, 16 and over, can attend themselves otherwise, parents to attend with child(ren).
