Welcome to The South Sacramento Department of Anesthesiology Web Page

The Anesthesiology department at South Sacramento specializes in providing anesthesia and pain management services for the hospital. In addition to providing both General and Regional Anesthesia for all types of surgery, we provide anesthesia and analgesia for the Labor and Delivery suite. We also operate a Peri operative Medicine clinic specifically designed to optimize complex medical conditions in preparation for surgery. Our staff also participate in a multi-disciplinary Pain Service to address all types of pain in the hospital. We are dedicated to providing you a safe and satisfying experience when you need surgery or require labor services. Our staff consists of both Anesthesiologists and CRNA’s who work as a team to provide an anesthetic experience that is second to none. All of our staff are Board Certified by the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. We are generally a referral service, but are happy to see or answer any questions regarding Anesthesia.
