Your Healthy Pelvis: Introduction to Pelvic Floor Strengthening

Do you leak a little when you laugh or cry? Have you tried Kegel exercises but they don’t seem to do anything? Come learn simple, effective ways to begin to strengthen your pelvic floor. You’ll find out how to locate and use these deep muscles, and learn how to add simple exercises to your daily activities that can help strengthen your pelvic floor and prevent bladder control problems as you age. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring your own exercise mat. Provided by the Integrative Medical Clinic of Santa Rosa.
